- Jason Statham mentions alot of physical bodyweight exercises, these compound movements are possibly responsible for his 6% body fat percentage, since big compound movements are best for burning body fat

- Sylvester Stallone tends to opt for a gym, weight based exercise regime, which is great for boosting testosterone levels, and growth hormone levels, effectively combatting the ageing process and looking great at 62

- Dolph Lundgren comes from a martial arts background, and still keeps in great shape by doing this form of training. Martial arts as a training discipline is great since it comprehensively trains all the muscle groups in the body whilst also offering a great cardio workout
